Plant-based meals

Cooking for you delivers plant-based meals. I want you to eat well and believe that plant-based meals are the best way to do that. You may be a meat-eater and I’m not trying to change that, yet many people (only about a quarter*) are not eating the recommended 5-a-day.

Now is the time to embrace a flexitarian* way of eating and Cooking for you is here to help you do that. If you want to add meat or fish on the side that's your choice. I have been cooking vegetarian food since I was a teenager heading to university. It's what I know.

All the meals on the menu are plant-rich with small amounts of dairy in some meals. If you want to avoid animal products entirely that can be catered for, many options are 100% plant-based or can be adapted.
