I loved the Sunday Dinner Fix. It's ages since I had a proper roast dinner! The roast potatos were so good. I also like the caraway seeds in the mash.

Hi I’m Angela – Anj for short.

Cooking for You has been inspired by my experience of breast cancer.

My treatment left me with debilitating chronic fatigue and, at the age of 41, not well enough to cook for myself.
